SunoBatch respects the intellectual-property rights of others. This page explains how to report claimed copyright infringement on the Service, how to submit a counter-notification, and our policy for repeat infringers.
Copyright complaints can be sent to our designated agent contact: support@sunobatch.com. The agent's full registered details (name, mailing address, and telephone number) will be published here once the designation is filed with the U.S. Copyright Office.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notification to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material, including its location on the Service, with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notifications may not be actionable. We will review valid notifications and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
2. Counter-Notifications
If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notification and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated agent containing:
- Identification of the removed material and its former location on the Service.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any U.S. federal district court where SunoBatch may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
3. Repeat-Infringer Policy
SunoBatch terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly receive valid copyright complaints. Repeated valid complaints may also lead to suspension of access to the Service. This policy is linked to account termination under Section 11 of our Terms of Service.
4. Designated Copyright Agent
Copyright complaints, counter-notifications, and questions about this policy should be sent to support@sunobatch.com.
Please include “Copyright Notification” in the subject line so your notice reaches the right handler promptly.
